At Hermanlamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase; if your new fixture isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, like-new condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the lamp in its original protective foam and box, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
